You may request deletion of your CDL AntiScam account and the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to submit a request.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@cdl-antiscam.com from the same email address that is registered and verified in your CDL AntiScam account.
- In the subject or body of the message, write "Delete my account" so we can identify your request.
- We will reply to your email and ask you to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
- After you confirm by replying to our message, we will delete your account and associated personal data.
What we delete
When deletion is completed, we remove your account profile (email, name, and login credentials) and delete reviews and other content you submitted that is linked to your account.
Some information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten, or where we must retain data to comply with law.
Processing time
We aim to process confirmed deletion requests within 30 days. Complex cases may take longer; we will inform you if additional time is needed.
Important
Requests sent from an email address that does not match your registered account will not be accepted. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion.
Deletion is permanent. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the service again.
