Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CDL AntiScam website and services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or submitting a review, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the service
CDL AntiScam is a community platform where registered members share professional experiences and reviews about freight brokers, dispatchers, and CDL drivers.
Reviews reflect personal opinions and experiences. They are not official FMCSA, DOT, or law-enforcement records and should not be treated as legal or regulatory findings.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it when it changes.
3. Submitting reviews
When you publish a review, you confirm that it is based on your genuine experience or direct knowledge, written in good faith, and as accurate as you reasonably can make it.
For broker-related content you may be required to provide identifiers such as MC# and US DOT#. You agree not to submit false or misleading regulatory identifiers.
You retain responsibility for the content you post. You grant CDL AntiScam a non-exclusive license to display, store, and moderate your content on the platform.
4. Prohibited content
You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that exposes private personal data of others without a legitimate reason.
Do not impersonate another person or entity, post spam, or use the service to extort, blackmail, or coordinate harassment.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.
5. Moderation
We may review, edit, hide, or remove content at our discretion, including for policy violations, quality concerns, or legal requests.
Automated and manual moderation tools may be used. A rejected or removed review does not entitle you to compensation.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that reviews are complete or accurate.
You use information on the site at your own risk when making business or hiring decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDL AntiScam and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on user-generated content.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you use the service for free.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
